Client Services Manager

We are a local, client-focused financial planning business that is backed by Fiducian's national network of advisers.
We have a position available for an experienced Client Services Manager (CSM), which would also suit a Paraplanner or future Financial Adviser.
Tasks and Responsibilities You will be part of a team whose collective responsibilities include:
Managing the office schedule, including co-ordination of client appointments.
Communicating with clients and financial institutions on behalf of the adviser.
Organisation and management of client files and recording of client details into FORCe (financial planning software).
Management of documentation required for client appointments, including portfolio reports and lodging changes to insurance, investment, and superannuation policies.
Ensuring advice is implemented and documents lodged in a timely manner.
Assisting the adviser in meeting compliance standards.
Providing assistance to other sections of the organisation as required, particularly during the absence of other team members.
Experience drafting advice documents will be very highly regarded.
Qualifications and Experience At least 2 years and preferably more than 5 years of client services experience in financial advice or similar roles.
Management experience will be very highly regarded.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required.
Being able to clearly communicate with clients and to follow compliance processes are core requirements for this role.
Excellent attention to detail, including a very strong command of English.

Salary package includes 5% additional superannuation above SGC (currently 16.5% super).
Flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Salaries can be renegotiated after a successful 6-month probation.
