Hearth Allied Health is a growing Allied Health NDIS registered business, and we are offering a unique opportunity for you to be a part of a friendly growing Occupational Therapy and Allied Health team based out of Bendigo, VIC.Our aim is to provide the opportunity to build capacity within Occupational Therapy and to support dedicated clinicians to accelerate their learning and their career while providing excellent services to our clients.Hearth Allied Health works closely with clients, their families, support workers, and other professionals to achieve their goals.Hearth Support Services commenced in 2017 with a desire to deliver responsive, quality, hassle-free disability support to clients and has now expanded to add Hearth Allied Health to promote independence and assist clients to lead fulfilling lives at home and within their community.At Hearth, we strive to be a driving force for positive change within the sector and to create an environment that nurtures and supports both our clients and employees.About the Role:Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality Occupational Therapy services to customers and NDIS participantsProvide assessment and intervention which will ensure optimal outcomes for participantsSupport inclusion and participation of NDIS participants and customers in their communitiesWork as an individual therapist and as part of an interdisciplinary teamLiaise with multiple stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA-related entities, family members, education staff, Relationship Managers, support coordinators, support workers, and community managers to provide individualised plansAbout You:Experience working with people with a disabilityExcellent interpersonal skillsResourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasmAttention to detail, motivated, and accountableAdaptable, with an openness and willingness to learnReliability, honesty, and integrityMinimum Requirements:Relevant Occupational Therapy QualificationsCurrent practicing Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) RegistrationCurrent driving licence and carIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
