Job Opportunity: Leading Hand - Customer Delivery TeamPerth

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Leading Hand to join our Customer Delivery team in Perth.
The position will ensure the delivery of service to all customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements.
Your Main Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate team members in the Customer Delivery department.Ensure productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion of regular performance assessment reports.Assist supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure they reach and load up all aircraft safely and on schedule.Lead by example and perform all the duties of a Driver.Supervise, train and induct workers within a designated work area.Organise and coordinate work within the designated work area.Perform administrative and reporting duties as required.Follow up on any discrepancies and ensure all flight deliveries are correct.Requirements for Success:Demonstrate leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.Hands-on approach and display leadership by example.Good verbal and written communication skills.Must hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC card.Must hold and maintain possession of a valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license as well as the authority to drive airside.ADA Fork Lift license preferred yet not essential.First Aid Certificate & WHS qualifications preferred.Flexibility in working around flight schedules is essential (7 day per week operation).A clean Police Record as part of mandatory checks required.What's in it for you?Be part of a close-knit and dedicated team who are truly passionate about delivering excellent customer service.A fun and exciting environment working airside servicing our customers' aircraft.Flexible working arrangements across a 7-day roster, with attractive hourly rates.Tailored Employee Novated Car Lease option.The opportunity to showcase your leadership and supervision skills.Access to our employee benefits program which includes a wellbeing platform, discounted private health insurance and access to specials and discounts from over 700 retailers.About Us:We are Australia's largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner.
