We are seeking a morning shift operation assistant that will be working in the morning from 6 am to 3 pm local time.
Responsibilities Supports the Operations Manager in team development and works with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth communication to achieve the team's successFollows standard operating procedures established by managementReceives, inspects, handles, and stocks inbound productsReceives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines the condition and completes paperworkAssigns delivery tasks to delivery drivers according to the volume of goods in the warehouseShares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needsInteracts with customers and suppliers, answers questions, and resolves issuesTracks and reports on operational performanceMaintains policy and procedure documentsOptimizes operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standardsAssists with the implementation of new processes and proceduresQualifications Must obtain a valid US work visaFluent in English; Mandarin is an assetBachelor's degree requiredAbility to analyze and improve operational processesStrong people management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
