Principle Accountabilities Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products, based on historical sales data, market trends, customer orders, and seasonality.Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data trends to identify opportunities for improving inventory management and sales planning.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives and customer requirements.Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and stockouts.Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory performance to management.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for demand planning processes and tools, aiming for increased efficiency and accuracy.System Management: Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to support demand forecasting, replenishment, and analysis.Skills and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.Skills:Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques.What We Offer Competitive benefitsFlexible working arrangements.Career development options and a supportive team environment.Five weeks annual leave in addition to other benefits and perks.Here at Imperial Brands we will give you the opportunity to grow and learn, innovate at pace and be a part of our purpose to forge a path to a healthier future for moments of relaxation and pleasure for our consumers.
