The Role As a Senior Manager , you will: Deliver high-quality analysis and insights to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Lead initiatives to improve financial planning processes, reporting accuracy, and decision-making frameworks.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide forward-looking analysis and advice on business performance and key projects.
Play a key role in driving automation and leveraging data tools to unlock efficiencies and improve analytical capabilities.
Support the delivery of transformation projects that enhance organisational performance and align with strategic objectives.
Manage and mentor team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
The Candidate You will bring: A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) and experience within a leading professional services firm (Big 4 highly regarded).
Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
Strong Financial Modeling experience, comfortable in an ad-hoc, changeable environment.
Deep banking knowledge/experience, including NIM.
Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL, with a keen interest in driving process automation.
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
