Senior Manager, Decision Support - Group Finance

Decision Support team

as a

Senior Manager

in

Group Finance.You will be responsible for:Performance reporting – performance analysis and monthly management reportingDelivering value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to the Board, Group CEO, Group CFO, Head of Group Finance and the Executive Committee relating to the strategic direction and performance of the GroupPlanning and forecasting – ownership of the Group's Planning & Forecasting process, strategic and ad-hoc analysisDecision support – strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysisInvestment Reporting and Analysis – reporting and analysis on the Group's internal change portfolioCritical insights and value-adding ad-hoc analysis on current and future performancePeer benchmarking analysis of the bank against their peers every 6 monthsAdvice on strategic investments and M&A transactions (including valuation support)Assist with delivery of six-monthly results for the Profit announcementAs the successful applicant, you will possess:5+ years in a Forecasting / Decision Support / Financial Modelling role in Group Finance/ BankingWell honed analytical & financial modelling skillsExperience with Excel / VBA / Tableau / AlteryxExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsCA/CPA qualified (essential)Leadership & Staff management experienceAmbition & desire to further your career in a high-performance cultureFull Australian working rights & fluent English skillsPlease click on Apply.
