As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Commercial Manager to join their executive leadership team to be based in either NSW or Victoria.
Role Overview: As the Group Commercial Manager, reporting to the CEO, you will be pivotal in driving commercial strategies, optimizing profitability, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
You will lead a team of commercial professionals, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's objectives.Oversee the management of contracts and negotiations to maximize profitability.Provide strategic leadership to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost management and risk mitigation.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Analyse market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.Monitor project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior commercial management role within the commercial construction sector, preferably with a Tier One contractor.Strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, and risk management.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Relevant qualifications in construction management, business, or law.Why Apply?
