Job Title: Graduate Occupational Therapist
Location: Flexible (Work from home and community-based locations)

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively engage in professional development opportunities.
Manage an independent NDIS caseload with the ability to self-initiate and complete tasks efficiently.
Provide high-quality, client-centred occupational therapy services, including assessments, intervention planning, and report writing.
Participate in clinical supervision and mentoring sessions to expand skills in areas such as assistive technology, paediatrics, housing modifications, and functional capacity assessments.
Maintain compliance with all documentation, policies, and procedures required by Opal Therapy and the NDIS.
Explore opportunities for rural and remote occupational therapy work, if desired.
Requirements:
Own vehicle and C class driver's license.
Current (or pending) AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check.
Recently completed a degree in Occupational Therapy.
