Senior or Junior Occupational Therapist/Speech PathologistAre you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? We are seeking a fun and energetic Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist to join our team and help us deliver top-notch therapy services. PRIDE Therapy generally services teenagers and young adults, coaching them to develop independent life skills and positive relationship skills (NOT a positive behaviour support provider).Role Overview:As an Occupational Therapist/Speech Therapist with us, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with individuals of varying needs, providing personalised therapy services that promote independence, enhance communication, and improve overall quality of life. You will be a crucial part of our small team, contributing your expertise and enthusiasm to create positive outcomes for our clients. Billable hour expectations average 4.5/day, with opportunities to explore community programs/areas of interest.Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably with NDIS experience.Current registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA for Occupational Therapists or SPA for Speech Therapists).Driver's license and own car.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.Ability to work independently.A fun, energetic personality.What We Offer:Flexible working arrangements with options for full-time, part-time, and contract positions.A supportive and friendly work environment.A working-from-home approach, with the plan to move to a central office hub once a team has been developed for social connection and increased resources.Opportunity for regional FIFO/DIDO (such as Geraldton or other regional areas).Competitive salary and benefits package FTE equivalent Rate: 90k-110k depending on experience + 11.5% super + 4 weeks AL + 5-10days CPD + $3000 cpd/resources allowance + vehicle reimbursement.The chance to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives.How to Apply:If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated therapist looking to join a vibrant team and contribute to meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you We are looking to fill a number of positions (FT/PT/contract).
