Specialising in both privately funded and NDIS-funded clients, we offer in-person services in Perth, Adelaide, and Albany, as well as nationally through telehealth.

- Senior / Lead Speech Pathologist
Role Responsibilities: Help launch our speech therapy services, demonstrating confidence and capability in building this offering from the ground upDeliver person-centred, evidence-informed services to clients with disabilities or injuries, tailoring interventions to individual needsConduct assessments and deliver high-quality reports which balance advocacy, professional opinion, and realistic recommendationsDevelop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their familiesMaintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with industry and regulatory guidelinesStay updated on best practices and developments in the field of Speech PathologyWhat We Offer: Competitive salary from $95,000 (based on experience)$1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after probation)Motor Vehicle / Travel AllowanceGenerous annual leave of 5 weeks, and birthday leaveProfessional development opportunities and budgetFlexible work conditions including options for remote work / WFHSupportive team environment fostering growth and developmentRequirements: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA / AHPRA registration as a Certified Practicing Speech PathologistCurrent driver's license, Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening CheckEffective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a teamPassion and commitment for building capacity and improving life outcomes for clients and their familiesCommitment to ongoing professional developmentHow to Apply:
