ABOUT THE ROLE:Dimension Stone are currently looking for a Full-time Factory Manager to lead our talented team in delivering top-quality Stone fabrication services to our growing client base.
Located in Arundel Queensland, this position is ideal for an experienced Factory Manager who wants to take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in manufacturing/production management.
They should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire our team to achieve our goals and maintain our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of our operations, from Scheduling to Templating to Production and Installation.
You will work closely with our Sales and Administration Teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and you will be responsible for our Fabrication Team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
We will ensure you are paid a rate you deserve and in line with your experience and ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direction and leadership to Factory Team, Measurers and InstallersAssist, supervise and support staff in timely and accurate completion of work assignmentsDevelop and implement systems and processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and qualityOversee maintenance of building and equipmentMonitor inventory and ensure availability and efficiencies of stock controlEnsure effective skills and training programs are met and implementedManage and oversee Occupational Health & Safety complianceMaintain cleanliness and organisation of FactoryABOUT YOU: Proven experience as a Factory ManagerPrevious experience working within the Stone industryStrong leadership and training abilityStrong team building, decision-making and people management skillsKnowledge of OHS, manufacturing, quality, productivity, inventory and factory processesHighly organised and capable of coordinating Factory workflowsEnquiries can be made online and by calling Arthur Karras on: The successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical check.
