Junior Contracts Administrator

Our successful Head Contractor is looking for a driven Junior Contracts Administrator to join a high achieving team in the delivery of High-end Architectural Renovations & Custom homes in and around Northern NSW.
This is a mentorship opportunity where you will be able to use your Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
You will also be responsible for assisting the project team and getting the right experience for career growth.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist with general administration duties – filing, documentation control
Assist with budget proposal submission
Assist with writing scope of works
Acquiring supplier and trade quotes
Write and issue Subcontracts and PO's
Assist with Progress Claims
Supporting the Projects Managers and Site Supervisors
Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
Assist with sub-contractor and consultant liaison
Requirements:
2+ year minimum in residential new build or renovations
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
A can-do attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to expand further on your construction knowledge
Must be Northern NSW based
