We have service contracts for Air conditioning and Refrigeration plants in the local Fraser coast area and Extend South to Sunshine coast North to Bundaberg and west to serve the Burnett area and involved in many landmark projects from Bundaberg to Brisbane.The positionWe are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our administration team, providing crucial support to the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and Estimating team. Key responsibilities include:Subcontract and Supplier management including receipt and processing of subcontract interim payment claims & final accountsManaging contracts for clients, suppliers, and contractors, including preparation, monitoring, and administration.Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing submissions and correspondence related to project development and delivery.Preparation of site safety documentation.Coordinating project reporting against key performance indicators to enhance project delivery.Supporting progress claims preparation and collating project documentation.Overseeing procurement activities and monitoring tender portals for new opportunities.Support in Tender preparation.Monthly Project forecastingSkills, Characteristics, Qualities and Experience:Experience in administration roles.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsTakes ownership and applies initiative.Team playerWhat we can offer youHighly competitive pay structure tailored to your experience and requirements.Opportunity for advancementFlexible working arrangementsSupport in your role from management with direct line to owners.Stable secure work environment.Structured managementHighly competitive Hourly ratePlease email resume to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
