Product Manager Online Solutions Permanent Full-Time Sydney Location/ 50% Hybrid Your business Business Bank (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers.

Do Work That Matters Merchant Solutions supports our customers to operate and grow their business, through the provision of innovative payment solutions that help them better engage with their customers and suppliers.
The eCommerce Product Team is accountable for the development and optimisation of online acquiring solutions to deliver payment products and services to our customers where the cardholder is not present.
We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.
We are looking for an experienced product manager, you will obsess over customers and strive to deliver better outcomes.
You will have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ideally you will have eCommerce or payments experience.
The Product Manager is responsible for risk management and an SME on changes rolled out by business partners.
More specifically you will; Job Description Product Development: Deliver products and enhance existing products in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.Product Management: Responsible for ensuring compliance with scheme requirements as well as relevant Group Policies and Standards.Risk Management: Responsible for proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing risks.Customer Centric Design: Responsible for understanding the needs of a customer including pain points, development of a product roadmap and ability to prioritise.Competitor Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape and product trends.Continuous Improvement: Manage change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, build a strong relationship and manage in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.Your Skills and Experience: You are an experienced product manager, great team player with a growth mindset and good communication skills.

Risk Mindset: All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.Experienced Product Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and with proven all-round product management skills.
Ideally you will have eCommerce or payments experience.Demonstrated Success: In leading and executing on projects.Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: Need to have the motivation and be comfortable with investigating and providing recommended options/solutions to complex problems and technical nuances.Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with a vendor to deliver product development.Agile Environment: Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.Collaboration: Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.#J-18808-Ljbffr
