Our team is passionate about health and fitness, energetic, and committed to helping our members succeedWe are currently seeking a Membership Services Representative to join our thriving Carnegie Zap Club. This is a part-time role of 27 hours per week.Reporting to the State Performance Manager, the Membership Services Representative is responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members. The role includes driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and various customer service and administrative duties as required.
