About the Opportunity The purpose of the Team Leader is having oversight of the data and quality team and monitor quality compliance and evaluation against KPI's, reporting, data, and standards for the organisation.
The role oversees the quality of client work and data in consultation with the Manager, Quality and Risk.
The role is also required to write funder reports in consultation with Managers and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Requirements of the Role: Implement the HOPE audit schedule as allocated to them. Provide progress reports to referring agencies, practitioners, and funding bodies. Support services with the review, capture, and evaluation of continuous improvement activities via the continuous improvement plan. Develop, implement, and maintain quality record management and document control systems and processes, which are in line with HOPE's policies and standards. Ensure the team collects and reviews their data regularly to maintain accuracy and data integrity. Work with Governance and Risk Team Leader to ensure quality and risk information and systems are streamlined across the areas of responsibility. About you: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent capability from experience. Commitment to work in culturally secure and competent ways. Demonstrated experience in auditing and reporting on operational systems for a health or community services organisation. Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of the principles of governance and quality assurance frameworks. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and the use of evaluation and risk management tools. Experience in service provision in the Alcohol and Other Drug, Mental Health and/or Social Services sector. A broad understanding of the challenges and experiences of people in regional Australia. Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work referees.
