This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to and lead world-class mining projects while enjoying the rich culture, vibrant landscapes, and unmatched hospitality of this beautiful country.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and drive the successful execution of a major mining project, managing scope, cost, schedule, and quality to exceed client expectations.Build and foster collaboration between joint venture stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all phases of the project.Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a high-performance culture with a focus on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.Implement and manage cutting-edge project delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to world-class EPCM and Tier 1 mining standards.Navigate complex logistical, regulatory, and environmental challenges, providing solutions that support project timelines and objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, delivering updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven track record of leading large-scale mining projects, preferably within Tier 1 EPCM firms or top-tier mining companies.Strong expertise in project delivery methodologies, with a focus on implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and performance.Experience working on complex joint venture projects, ideally within the mining or resource sectors.Deep understanding of global standards for safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance in mining operations.Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.Background in delivering projects in international contexts, with cultural awareness and adaptability.Language Requirements:Fluency in English is essential.Proficiency in French or Arabic is highly desirable and would be considered a valuable asset.What You'll Bring:The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and collaborative spirit.
