Who are You at MacLellan?

As the HVAC Boiler Operator, you are part of Best People.
Utilizing our Best Systems, you will operate, maintain, and repair high pressure boilers and associated systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you need a deep understanding of boiler systems, strong technical expertise, and adherence to safety regulations and standards to produce the Best Results.

What are the skills necessary for success?

Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems related to boiler operation.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
In-depth knowledge of boiler operation, safety systems, and maintenance procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work as a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and respond to emergency situations.
What experience is needed for success?

Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing high pressure boiler systems and associated equipment.
Experience operating high pressure boilers in an industrial or commercial setting.
Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator License issued by the State of Ohio.
Certification in Boiler Operation and Maintenance (preferred).
