We'd like to be part of it and for you to be part of ours. We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Office Services team in Sydney.
More about the role Responsibilities include mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of the utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and placing orders for supplies.You will also be assisting with the set-up of client functions, printing and compiling documents and completing court and mailroom deliveries.You must be able to commit to full-time hours, shifts will be rostered between 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.More about you This is a busy and varied role; you will require excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask.You must be proactive, enthusiastic, confident and have a friendly attitude, alongside a desire to help others.Previous experience in a mailroom/ office services role would be advantageous but not essential.Full working rights are preferred but candidates on short-term working visas will also be considered.What Sparke Helmore can offer you Our culture is one which values and celebrates diversity to better represent the communities in which we live and work.
