What you'll do: We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Head of Transformation & Continuous Improvement to join the Wholesale and Pharmacy Services division.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical strategic role in driving the program of work with regards to the identification of cost out, operational excellence and efficiency and productivity initiatives across the wholesale business, including our network of national distribution centres from supplier to customer.
This position is also responsible for leading comprehensive improvement initiatives, implementing advanced operational methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to enhance DC performance, reduce costs, and improve productivity, while identifying operational improvement opportunities across the supply chain.Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, establishing KPIs and standardized processes to track and drive operational improvements.Collaborate with technology and operations teams to integrate automation and advanced systems, evaluating emerging technologies and creating business cases for investment.Utilize data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to benchmark performance, optimize operational efficiency, and reduce waste across the distribution network.Build and lead cross-functional teams, mentor operations managers, and communicate transformation strategies effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.What you'll bring: Extensive experience in operations transformation, continuous improvement, or similar strategic role.Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives in complex, technology-driven environments.Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.Strong skills in advanced data analysis and visualization to drive data-informed decision-making.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with proven change management expertise.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.Why us?
