Join the team We are looking for a visionary Head of Analytics to lead our supply chain analytics team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex analytics initiatives, such as digital twins and supply chain control towers, and possess a deep understanding of process digitalization.
Knowledge of domestics and international supply chain processes will be advantageous.
As the Head of Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making, fostering collaboration across regions, and championing a data-driven culture within our organization.
What you'll be doing As a Head of Analytics (Supply Chain Transformation) working for Kmart you will: Lead and drive the development of advanced analytics strategies within the supply chain domain, with a focus on initiatives like digital twins and supply chain control tower implementations.
Foster a balanced approach to strategy that combines big-picture vision with detailed analysis, empowering the team to tackle initiatives with depth and flexibility.
Manage a team of data and analytics professionals to develop data products that support key business decision-making processes in the supply chain, such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE).
Drive process digitalization efforts, particularly in areas like PO digitalization, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline supply chain processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and Asia to optimize costs, improve inventory management, and enhance product availability.
Work closely with the IT team to assess and implement future systems and design architectures that align with the organization's goals and requirements.
Cultivate a forward-looking mindset and promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
To be successful in this role you'll have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in leading complex analytics initiatives within the supply chain space, including digital twins and supply chain control towers.
Proficiency in process digitalization, particularly in areas like PO digitalization, to drive operational improvements.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
Ability to partner with the IT team to evaluate and implement future systems and architectures that enhance supply chain operations.
Demonstrated leadership in fostering a data-driven culture and promoting innovation through analytics.
