Customer Care Consultant

Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant for Rio Tinto to join our Mega Mining business team.
This full-time role involves delivering exceptional service to Blackwood's largest client and will be based at our Canning Vale, WA office.
Your day-to-day responsibilities: Handle phone and email inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.Identify customer needs through effective questioning and system checks.
Look for ways to improve service and processes.Participate in training to stay updated on processes, policies, and systems.
Apply new skills in customer interactions.Adapt to new business systems and stay flexible in a changing environment.Skills and Experiences to excel in the role: Problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the business.Versatile and capable of performing all team roles and responsibilities.Recognize the need for additional training and proactively inform your line manager.Maintain a sense of urgency to efficiently address all Mega Mining Customer requests.Proficient in computer literacy, adaptable to new business systems, and comfortable with change.Great communication and administrative skills.CULTURE & BENEFITS To ensure our employees feel valued, supported, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:
