humm group People and Culture (P&C) Business Unit within Talent & Development Team.
We have a relatively flat structure, and as a subject matter expert you will be empowered to be accountable for end-to-end recruitment providing fit for purpose talent solutions, securing great candidates in a timely manner and enhancing our recruitment practices.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved with exciting P&C strategic projects that supporting
humm group on a global scale through our next chapter of innovation and growth.What does an average day look like?No day is average at humm but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:Collaborate directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders on all recruitment needsOwn and implement the end-to-end recruitment process:Conduct Hiring Leader briefsReview position descriptions, job mapping, grading and benchmarkingCreate job advertisementsCandidate sourcing and profilingCV screening and shortlistingManage the interview and selection processesParticipate in interview panelsManage the offer negotiation and issues contractsComplete reference checks, background checks and onboarding processEnd to end candidate managementSupport implement the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and build our employer brandBuild and nurture strong internal and external talent pools for all critical rolesProvide reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and trendsImplement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices into TASupport the promotion and progression of internal talentSupport the broader P&C initiatives and strategies to attract and retain top talentVendor management of key TA platformsVendor management of external recruitment agenciesWho will thrive in this role?You are someone who believes in the strength of good relationships.
