Job Position: Tamworth - Office Receptionist and Clinician Support
About our Company: National Clinical Services is a clinical based business specialising in Sleep Apnoea diagnostic and equipment.
NCS runs a full time clinic in Tamworth servicing patients within the region.

About the role: The candidate will be responsible for all reception duties within the office, as well as assisting the clinicians with invoicing and paperwork.
Key accountabilities include:
Calling patients in regards to booking appointments Completing Medicare required paperwork Making and confirming appointment bookings Entering invoices for patients (accounting system is Xero) Cleaning of hire equipment, and cleaning office Downloading Sleep Systems for patients F2F counter sales and support Essential attributes:
Confident computer technology user Quick, willing learner Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in busy team environment Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Experience:
Medical office: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
