Role Overview: Subject Matter Expert in Pathology Lab Digital SolutionsCustomer-experience focussed roleCollaborative team with regional exposureAs the Solution Manager and a subject matter expert for the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out, including:
Phase In: pre-launch preparation, material setup, and pricingOn-market support including marketing, supply chain, and pricingPhase out with effective inventory and customer managementYour Responsibilities: Develop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolioDefine and implement an appropriate pricing strategyDevelop marketing collaterals and ensure compliance with Global brandingSupport the Customer Success team in executing the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions StrategyManage inventory to ensure timely deliveryHandle customer communications in collaboration with stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales, Service, and Lab IT in product implementationsEngage with customers to shape digital infrastructure requirementsStay updated on the digital pathology and solutions ecosystemWho You Are: As a customer-centric individual, you build strong collaborative relationships.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you:
Share knowledge with stakeholdersDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFocus on driving positive outcomes for customers and patientsQualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Anatomical PathologyPrevious experience in an Anatomical Pathology laboratory preferredExperience in the Pathology LaboratoryExcellent communication skills for managing multiple stakeholdersProven ability to manage cross-functional activitiesThis role is only open to candidates with full eligibility to live and work in Australia.
