About the Role The restaurant is seeking a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team.
Working in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional Japanese cuisine.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, while the Chef de Partie will take charge of specific sections, maintaining high standards and contributing to the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in a fine dining or premium Japanese restaurant.
A passion for Japanese cuisine and a keen eye for detail in plating and presentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-pressure environment.
A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Committed to maintaining high culinary standards and food safety protocols.
