12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 6 weeks paid secondary caregiver's leaveTraining and development opportunitiesOpportunities to be part of our wide and active range of Employee Resourcing Groups: Reconciliation, Gender, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD), Disability, Mental Health and Neurodiversity, and Perth Mint with PrideCharity and volunteer initiativesIncome protection after an accident or illnessHealth and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance Program, ongoing wellbeing initiatives, and workplace community building spacesYour role as an Engineer Data will involve: Ongoing development, support and maintenance of our end-to-end Azure Enterprise Data PlatformAssist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft servicesEnsuring data quality, consistency, and reliabilityWorking with our Data Architect to define and implement Data Platform maturation from Data Factory and SQL base to contemporary technologiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutionsMonitoring and optimising data processes for performance and scalabilityCreating and maintaining comprehensive design documentationContribute to generalist data requirements of the data teamExperience: 2+ years experience in a similar roleDegree in Computer Science or similar / Extensive demonstrated experienceMicrosoft certifications (highly regarded)Data Platform uplift / modernisationExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesIt's easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don't see yourself as the perfect fit.
