Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)Full timeWe have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Training Coordinator. This position is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin at our client's LNG Facility.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Local Darwin role.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the Training and Development coordination of all site employees.Monitoring and maintaining employees' Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for project.Assist employees in understanding and achieving career progression pathways.Maintaining Learning Management System and compliance data for workers, including oversight of apprentices and trainees.Provide high quality reporting to the Site Management team, operations project teams and the Client regarding training compliance.Liaise with internal and third party training providers to schedule employee attendance.Reporting to effectively manage compliance.What you'll bring:Certificate III in Business Administration or related field desirable3-5 years' experience in a Training Coordinator position or similar within an oil & gas, mining, construction or industrial & commercial environmentDemonstrated experience in a high-volume data environmentResources experience is highly desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industriesExcellent administration skills with a high level of organisationSignificant experience utilising databases and spreadsheetsThe ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standardExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsAbility to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesLife at Monadelphous:We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
