We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Training Coordinator.
This position is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin at our client's LNG Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Training and Development coordination of all site employees.
Monitoring and maintaining employees' Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for project.
Assist employees in understanding and achieving career progression pathways.
Maintaining Learning Management System and compliance data for workers, including oversight of apprentices and trainees.
Provide high quality reporting to the Site Management team, operations project teams and the Client regarding training compliance.
Liaise with internal and third party training providers to schedule employee attendance.
Reporting to effectively manage compliance.
What you'll bring:

Certificate III in Business Administration or related field desirable 3-5 years' experience in a Training Coordinator position or similar within an oil & gas, mining, construction or industrial & commercial environment Demonstrated experience in a high-volume data environment Resources experience is highly desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation Significant experience utilising databases and spreadsheets The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Life at Monadelphous:
