+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Noarlunga and Daw Park SA,  Full Time, Contracted Role up to 5 Jul 2026  About the role You will be an experienced pharmacist supporting Geriatric Medical services across the LHN, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, high-level pharmacy services.
You will exercise independent and autonomous judgement to provide medicines information, therapeutic advice, and pharmaceutical care to patients, as well as to medical, nursing, and other health professionals, adhering to hospital policies and professional standards.
This role focuses on optimising patient outcomes through the implementation of strategies that ensure the safe, cost-effective, and quality use of pharmaceuticals.
You will play a key role in fostering excellence in pharmacy practice while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Relevant Experience and Problem-Solving Expertise : Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, including leadership or management roles, with demonstrated ability to research, analyse data, and solve complex problems effectively.
Comprehensive Knowledge Base : Thorough understanding of pharmacy practice, relevant codes of practice, and standards, ensuring professional and technical competence in service delivery.
