As a Senior Pharmacist in Mental Health (Inpatient Services), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level pharmacy services.
Responsible for the organisation, management, and operation of the designated pharmacy area, you will provide expert medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, as well as collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
With a focus on quality use of medicines, you will ensure the best possible outcomes for patients while adhering to professional standards and hospital policies.

About You We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to excel in this Senior Pharmacist role.
To succeed, you will bring: Qualifications & Registration: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and registration (or eligibility) with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to supervise, educate, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience: Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, including leadership or management responsibilities.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy practice, codes of practice, and standards, with demonstrated expertise in research, problem-solving, and service improvement strategies.
