Key projects in the next 6 months include the implementation of JIRA Service Management and Confluence.

At the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development, we juggle new demands, rapid changes and shifts in community knowledge and expectation.
We play an active role in the delivery of key government priorities, such as the implementation of a renewable energy economy, assisting in Path to Treaty, recognition of Native Title Rights and capitalising on our resources for sustainable economic prosperity.
About the role:In this role you will: Act as the routine contact point, receiving, logging and handling requests on a broad range of spatial applications and spatial data.Undertake first line investigation and diagnosis using experience, wiki knowledge base, and growing your knowledge of spatial systems and services.Work with customers to find a solution.Contribute to a range of written material including email templates, guides, process flows, videos, wikis and draft new material as required.Utilise technology effectively to perform your role, in particular Microsoft 365 Teams, JIRA, online mapping tools and systems.This position requires: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Why join us?We are committed to being a workplace that focuses on people.
