In this exciting position, you'll leverage your expertise in the Corporations Act to ensure seamless client onboarding and compliance with ISO standards.
Your strong communication skills will be instrumental in building relationships and managing projects, while your entrepreneurial mindset will drive business development.If you're eager to identify improvement opportunities, engage proactively with clients, and contribute to our culture of excellence at Automic Group, then this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow your professional journey with usResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Automic Group fund registry clients, providing technical and regulatory expertise for day-to-day issues and staying up-to-date on industry changes.Onboard new clients by clearly defining requirements and service standards.Contribute to business process improvement by identifying potential opportunities for enhancement and mitigating risk.Support maintenance and development of ISO certified Quality and Information Security Management Systems.Maintain an entrepreneurial focus on business development and communication with all stakeholders.Proactively engage with clients to plan annual corporate calendars, follow up to ensure service expectations are met, and identify cross-sell opportunities.Ensure timely billing and contract negotiation, and work to enhance services through client and stakeholder feedback.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated CapabilitiesStrong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory requirements within the Funds industry.Previous professional experience within Funds Registry, Custody, or Funds Administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a keen attention to detail.Sound problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and provide effective solutions.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.DiversityCreating a workforce that actively embraces diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging is key to our success.
