Their continued growth plans see the critical need for a Customer Success Manager.
Approximately  $70k - $75k per year  + Super + Comms A diverse and vibrant international environment Social  events - including Ping Pong Tournaments  Scope for  progression MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: They are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager with Retentions experience and a proven history of preserving and expanding a customer base in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
This newly established position, spurred by their continued growth, will be situated in their contemporary Sydney CBD office, fostering a vibrant team culture.
Your role demands seizing ownership from day one, drawing upon your past experiences, ideas, and determination to optimise merchant outcomes.
Continuously seeking opportunities to retain customers, you'll showcase creativity in your strategies.
With a primary focus on retaining merchants considering departure from the company's services, you will also be responsible for 30% of account management for their top-tier merchants.
Additionally, you'll play a proactive role in monitoring key insights across Transacting Customers and other critical processes.
As a Retention Specialist, your persuasive demeanor, stellar customer relationship skills, and dedication to customer success are paramount.
Building enduring relationships with customers, you'll invest substantial effort in crafting and presenting solutions, including offers or incentives, to retain them.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE     Proven work experience in Customer Service, Retention, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibile, Positive and a can do attitude Proven experience with CRM software (Netsuite ideally) and G Suite     We have been recruiting a variety of roles for this organisation for several years, across all departments and levels of seniority as they continue to go from strength to strength.
