About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our esteemed aged care facility in Brisbane, which proudly serves the Chinese community.
As a vital member of our team, you will ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the clinical operations of the aged care homeLead and manage a team of healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with health regulations and standardsDevelop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needsFoster a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and staffCollaborate with families and external healthcare providersQualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registrationExtensive experience in aged care managementBilingual proficiency in Mandarin and EnglishStrong leadership and communication skillsCommitment to providing exceptional care to the elderlyWhy Move to Brisbane?
