We are now expanding our General Insurance Broking VIC desk which can be based in Sydney or Victoria.
This is a warm desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $70,000 - $250,000 salary ranges, and is passionate about building their knowledge within insurance.

Beautiful Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility to work from home (also considering candidates based in Victoria).
Base salary to reflect your experience, lucrative commission scheme, low thresholds, and bonuses rewarding your hard work.

The Role:
You will be responsible for growing our Insurance Broking desk in Victoria, which can be managed from either our Sydney office or remotely in VIC.
Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.

Salary:
Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure
Location:
Sydney CBD or VIC Remote option
Contract:

You Will Have:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a minimum of 1 year in a recruitment agency.
Experience in building and growing a successful desk.
Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal.
