About the RoleStamford Hotels and Resorts have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and results-driven Human Resources Manager.
This role will be based in Brisbane.
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be highly proficient and proactive in providing Human Resources advice and coaching to our table of Stamford Plaza Brisbane Department Managers across all stages of the employee life cycle.
This role will offer you the opportunity to provide support to managers where you will have the responsibility of managing recruitment, retention, actively coaching through performance management, workplace investigations and providing guidance on all people related matters.
In addition to the above, other duties of this position include:
Managing all functions of the Human Resources departmentChampioning all aspects of the Stamford Hotels and Resorts values while creating a culture that showcases the Stamford WayEstablishing and conducting onboarding orientation and training programsManaging the full employee relations cycle and supporting end to end Human Resources activitiesManaging and ensuring compliance practices in accordance with legislation requirements, company policies and proceduresPromoting a health and safety culture while ensuring compliance to current Health and Safety legislationWe Are Looking For Applicants With The Following Attributes:Human Resources qualifications coupled with a strong understanding or experience within a large complex organisation – preferably within the hospitality/people centric environmentGood understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR trendsOrganisational skills with the ability to prioritise your tasks and effectively manage your workloadAbility to build effective relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholdersPrior experiences with end-to-end payroll processesPrior experience in HRISCulture and BenefitsOur 'Knight's Head' Logo is conceived from our founder Sir Stamford's family crest and symbolises the strength and unity of our members within the company.
