Senior Business Analyst - Field Service Management/ Work Order ImplementationWe are currently working with a leading Australian organisation that is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their project team on a 12 Month Fixed term contract.
This role will be reporting into the Delivery Manager and will lead the implementation of ServiceNow - Field Service Management.
You will bridge the gap between technology teams and operations teams to successfully roll out the system to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
What you will be doing in this role….. Work closely with internal and business stakeholders to develop relationships and lead project discussionsConduct extensive business analysis and assess current and future states.Run workshops, interviews and other communication channels to elicit and gather requirementsDevelop extensive business and technical documentationDevelop functional and technical workflow mappingTranslate business requirements into technical documentation to development teamsLead the implementation of the field service management system working with SMEs and external vendorsAssess the out of box solution and identify areas where customisation and configuration will be required What experience will you need….. You MUST have experience leading/working on field service management/ work order management systems projectsStrong implementation experienceStrong understanding of applications and the SDLCExtensive experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in large and complex environmentsExperience with FSM systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, Dynamics 365 or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in assisting with configuration and customisation of systems This role is a hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to come into the office 3 days a week.
