About the role
This is an opportunity an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive impactful projects, fostering clients' relationships, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
Process Analysis: Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized solutions.
Solution Design: Partner with development teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team culture.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Expertise in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and documentation Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping software Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Industry experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) a plus
