Project
Within the org, we are transforming the way we manage non-financial risk.
These include risks relating to compliance, technology, reputation, financial crime, conduct and fraud, as well as readiness for Day 1 compliance with APRA Standard CPS 230.
Your new role
As an Analyst within the Non-Financial Risk Transformation team, you will work closely with program and business teams to design and assess our transformed risk framework to support implementation and benefits realisation.
Accountabilities
Collaborating with Business and Risk Subject-Matter Experts on illicit requirements, shape the future design of our non-financial risk environment and identify opportunities or areas requiring focus.
Working with the program team to develop best-practice solutions to realise opportunities or resolve issues.
Applying your technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, combining and interrogating data to identify patterns and trends, and providing meaningful information and insights to help inform decisions.
Continuous improvement of the Non-Financial Risk Framework and supporting procedures and tooling.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive business analysis experience and detailed knowledge of analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting, and managing requirements with different stakeholders across business and program teams.
Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures.
Previous experience working in the banking industry is essential.
Understanding of the risk and compliance management.
Demonstrated experience in working on projects, varying in type and size.
An excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with proven influencing and facilitation skills.
