The Senior Credit Analyst is a pivotal member of the Property Portfolio Management team within Commercial Banking, playing a crucial role in achieving Westpac's vision.
This role involves working across the Westpac and Bank of Melbourne brands in the commercial property lending segment.
You will oversee a large portfolio of asset-backed Investment and Development lending transactions, including assessing new deals for New to Bank opportunities, conducting annual reviews of customer connections, and evaluating customer and sector risks.
Additionally, you will provide expert insight and advice across the property segment.
Key responsibilities Oversee a large portfolio of asset-backed Investment and Development lending transactionsAssess new deals for New to Bank opportunitiesConduct annual reviews of customer connectionsEvaluate customer and sector risksProvide expert insight and advice across the property segmentCollaborate with Senior Credit Analysts and matrix deal teams, including sales and credit partnersPrepare and execute complex customer requirements What do I need?
