With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to join our team to deliver on our continued growth plans.
The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.
The Sales team - Chinese Desk plays a crucial role in shaping the trading environment and our clients' experience.
Through client onboarding, up-sale & cross-sale, troubleshooting, and ongoing provision of customer care, we ensure Eightcap's clients consistently enjoy the competitive pricing and trading conditions that have become synonymous with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Work towards achieving specific KPIs/Sales Targets.
Assist in seminars/workshops (online and offline).
Convert warm leads into new clients and build a sales pipeline.
Provide exceptional customer services to existing clients.
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
Able to multi-task, determine priorities and meet deadlines in a team environment.
Strong sense of the financial markets, being able to communicate financial markets news and explain trading products in a clear and cohesive manner.
Key Working Relationships: Internal, Sales colleagues across the business, Account Opening team, Marketing team, Finance Team, Engineering team.
Key Working Relationships: External, Clients, B2B Referrers.

Who are you?
Mandarin and English language proficiency (Cantonese optional).
CFD/FX sales experience preferred.
Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers.
Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player.
Good knowledge of financial markets and financial trading.
Self-motivated and likes working to targets.
Values and respects diversity.
Ability to work with individuals from multi-cultural backgrounds.
