Restaurant & Conference Supervisor - Fulltime
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant & Conference Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Bailey on the Terrace.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate group in a 5-star hotel environment known for its exceptional service and high standards.
Bailey on the Terrace
Our new CBD venue features an upmarket dining, conferencing, functions, weddings, bar service, and room service, we place great emphasis on using local produce to deliver high quality to match our outstanding beer.

Key Responsibilities / About the Role:
Manage and inspire staff across both the restaurant and conference teams.
Oversee the smooth running of conferences, small events, and daily restaurant operations.
Maintain the high service standards that Bailey on the Terrace is known for.
Possess strong time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in training and developing staff to ensure team growth and performance.
Effectively multitask and collaborate with different departments as needed.
Utilize your P.O.S.
experience to streamline operations.
Present a professional appearance, maintaining a high standard of grooming at all times.
Hold a valid WA RSA certificate.
Given that the CBD venue is a new venue, the ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach, be self-driven, and most importantly a team player.
Due to the nature of the business, it is essential the potential candidates are flexible with working hours.
Our core business is providing the best customer service to our clients and this role is essential in setting the scene for exceptional customer service.
The successful candidates will be required to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including on weekends depending on scheduled structured rosters, functions and events.
