Your role will lead the design, development, deployment and operation of integration solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our strategic transformation efforts by enabling seamless integration of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.In this RoleLead the architecture and design of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management), or integration technologies as requiredDevelop strategies and patterns for integrating cloud and on-premises systems, applications, and data sources across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, and on-premises)Contribute to the Integration Strategic Roadmap and support its delivery with the wider Metcash ITPartner with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver integration solutionsProvide technical guidance and expertise to development teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery of integration solutionsEnsure integration solutions are delivered leveraging Azure best practice, optimised for performance, cost, scalability, security and observability requirementsCreate and maintain architectural documentation, technical designs, and integration patternsChampion API productisation within integration practice, ensuring these are discoverable, easily consumed and delivered with a product mindsetReview analysis and documentation of the current technology landscape, detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvementStay up to date with the latest Azure integration capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement effortsYou're Likely a Match IfBachelor's degree in IT, computer science, system analysis or a related study, (or equivalent experience)5+ years of integration architecture experienceMinimum 2+ years' experience in developing integrations leveraging Azure Integration ServicesProven experience in Architecture, Design and Development, integrating both cloud-based and on-premise solutionsExpertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML for data exchange between systemsExpertise in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) such as Terraform or BicepStrong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in AzureExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation in the context of integration, including Azure DevOpsStrong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skillsThe following skills are highly regarded, but not essential;Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate or other relevant Microsoft Certification(s), or other relevant integration certificationsExperience in implementing and maintaining Observability and Monitoring frameworks and tooling, using metrics, tracing and loggingD365 F&O Integration experience, including balance between best practice and pragmatic implementation approaches / solutionsExperience working with cloud data sourcesLife at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
