Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage office facilities including maintenanceOffice asset managementEntering Timesheets and operating within our field service systemsProvide administrative support to the business as requiredEnsure accurate and timely reportingEfficient management of invoicing, approvals and customer inquiriesAdministration of key contract KPIs and requirementsDeployment of techniciansDevelop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholdersDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat makes you stand out We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their similar administration experience, particularly someone who has worked in a similar service environment, and the following attributes:
