You will support the Estimating team while being trained up to produce BOQ's.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand how the BOQ estimating system operates.Attend to BOQ queries in the BOQ Support Inbox.Produce Bills of Quantities in accordance with company specification, construction and purchasing requirements, ensuring that bills are accurate and available to meet sales and operational objectives.Prepare BOQs for all new Products.Contribute to the development and management of the BOQ estimating system & processes.Make corrections to BOQ's based on feedback from the production estimating, drafting, and construction teams as directed.Amend BOQ's as directed due to design, regulatory, and/or specification changes.Create 'new items' in the estimating system database as required for inclusion in new BOQ's.Liaise with BOQ Team Leader (Price File) on format of item and number scheduling.Forward to Procurement any indicative or actual item costing if available.Monitor and run through individual workflow as allocated by your BOQ Manager.What Metricon Will Offer YouBe supported by a Management Team that has a Culture Where You Matter.Free Onsite Parking at our Mount Waverley Head Office - Just off the Monash Freeway at Blackburn Road.On-going learning and development opportunities to help build your skills and reach your potential - whether through nationally accredited courses, our highly engaging e-learning portal, or other comprehensive training programs.Metricon Homes – Australia's largest, and #1 Home Builder for the 9th Consecutive Year.We promote mentoring and provide genuine opportunities for role progression, along with a competitive salary and salary package opportunities.Attractive housing discounts on our award-winning homes.You Matter
