Development Analyst

The clientHaving been established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the masterplanned communities development space.
Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have over 1000 lots in their development pipeline which will be delivered in the coming years.
The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search and acquire new sites for development.
The roleDue to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Development Analyst to join their team.
This is an integral role in the business as you will be working on acquiring new development sites for the company and managing the feasibility of the projects undergoing construction.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide Research Support to Acquisitions TeamAssist with the Preparation of Feasibility SubmissionsMaintain Research Databases E.g.
Historical Data, Competitor AnalysisProvide Statistical/Analytical Reports for StakeholdersWork on Projects including Client Pitches, Submissions, & Property TrendsSkills & experienceTo be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have current experience in development, property, or finance.
Other key requirements include:
Tertiary Qualifications in Property or FinanceEstateMaster Experience is Preferred but not EssentialSolid Understanding of Development, Numbers, & FinanceProven Financial & Commercial AcumenExcellent Report Presentation, Literacy, & Business Writing SkillsBenefitsBenefits of this role include:
