Job Description Be the main point of contact for all guest enquiries with management of the Hotel Reservation Inbox and telephones.Utilise our Accor tools and liaise with the hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences.Responsible for increasing and maintaining service standards and RPS.Build face-to-face rapport with our guests when carrying out reception duties during peak hours/days. Qualifications Relevant similar experience in the hotel industry.Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Ability to navigate through change and provide quick-thinking solutions.Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera cloud.
