Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy) Position: Casual/Vacation
Our client is a global leading supplier of tantalum products.
They are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join their on-site team in the southern region of WA.
The primary function of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the processing plant, optimizing maximum recovery and ensuring efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include: Manage the technical aspects of the plant in conjunction with the site technical team.Supervise and coordinate the activities of operators and other key personnel.Monitor and control plant performance.Strive for 100% safety adherence and promote a safety culture.Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience.Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.Effectively manage production crews.What's on offer? Housing for this DIDO contract role will be provided, as well as the use of a company car.
